A story with Jesus

You've probably heard the phrases "Jesus died for you on the cross", "Jesus shed blood for you" more than once, but do they impress you? Haven't they become something common and don't reach your heart?

Let the following story help you zoom in on what Jesus did for you.

There is a land on earth (heaven) where three kings (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) rule. In this land there was no violence, everyone was kind and helpful to each other. The king has the ability to do anything he wants, there are no impossible things for him. Life there is so beautiful that we can't even imagine it. One day one of the residents (Satan) got into pride and started to rebel. He revolted 1/3 of the population by which war broke out in the country. The rebels were driven out of the country and lived outside its walls.

Outside the walls (of the Earth) lived the children (we the people) of the king. The land where they lived was a paradise, they had constant parental care and everything in abundance, they lacked nothing, they were happy. And they would have lived like this forever, if they had not listened and joined the rebels who were banished from the country. With each passing year, the number of children who turned their backs on the king grew. They stopped respecting him and created their own artificial parents, whom they worshipped. The love that was in their hearts was replaced by evil. Despite this, the king never left them, he helped them every day, they, however, did not listen to him. Messengers (prophets and every dedicated person) sent with good news from the king were ridiculed, beaten and often even killed by his sons and daughters. As if that wasn't enough, evil children murdered those who didn't turn away from parental love.

The king had the power to destroy evil, but he refused because he loved everyone, including the evil ones. He remembered that he had already done it once by sending a flood on earth, but promised never to do it again. He also announced that he would destroy evil when the time was right. The kings decided that one of them (Jesus) would descend from his throne, go outside the walls of the principality and set out to rescue them. And although they could have ended the lives of all the evil children and 1/3 of the rebellious inhabitants at any time, they preferred to save as many lives as possible from death. Going outside the country's borders, the king knew that he would no longer have the wonderful life he had before. All the good he had surrounded himself with had been taken away from him for the duration of his trek. What's more, he also knew that those he loved would kill him in a cruel way, spitting on him, scourging him, and finally crucifying him. He was to suffer for loving everyone, no matter who did evil or good, everyone was equally loved by him.

Jesus takes off his robes and sets out on a journey

The king took off his royal robes and set out on his journey. The paradise in which his children had previously lived no longer resembled paradise, it had been destroyed by the exiled inhabitants of his kingdom and his sons and daughters. Unfortunately, but his own children, did not show him love, did not appreciate that for them he came down from the throne. The king was full of love in his heart, but he had to endure the evil that surrounded him every day. His offspring wanted to kill him and planned how to do it, they drove him out of his own home, which he himself had previously given to them. They hated their Father without reason, and yet he still did not stop loving them. The king, having left his kingdom, agreed not to return to it until the time was right.

The kings who remained in the safe country could have withdrawn the sent king at any time, but they did not want to do so, for the sake of the children. Nor was there the slightest problem to plunge only those who had done evil to the king, but they didn't do that either. They suffered just as much as the sent king, having to watch the pain and death of their friend.

Staying outside the wall, the king believed that the mission he was on would help other children turn away from evil and accept its love into their hearts. As he endured daily attacks from villains, he also had to fight the one who had caused rebellion in his kingdom. The day came when the king, was captured and scourged for coming to the rescue of those he loved so much. The love he showed, most of them rejected. Under the influence of evil, the children decided to kill their own Father. The King, who had previously sat on the throne, lived in the most beautiful place on earth, surrounded by impeccable love and goodness, had to find himself outside his country, in the midst of evil, suffering, violence.

During his wanderings, the king found and rescued many children who became his apostles, bringing the good news to their brothers. Unfortunately for them, however, the brothers turned out to be as cruel to them as they were to their Father. Before his death, the king said that after his death he would return to the kingdom and there he would prepare a place for all who would love him. Although the king was murdered he succeeded in his goal, thanks to the fact that he came out to rescue them, the news spread throughout the land. Many children were converted and began to love their Father again.

Today, rejecting the word of God, not living by the commandments, we stand in the same line as the people who murdered Jesus. And although we don't physically kill the Lord, we do it with our hearts. Don't regret that among the places Jesus has prepared, there is one missing for you. Give your heart to Jesus, and He will surely dwell in it.

Matthew 25.34-36 "Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me."

John 14.1-4 "Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know."
