What Scripture says about vegetarianism. Does God allow you to eat meat
When Adam and Eve lived in the Garden of Eden, only plants served them as food, and more importantly, the same was true for animals that ate plant food. There was no sin yet, so there was no death either, and since there was no death then you couldn't eat meat either, because it was obvious that it came from dead animals.
Genesis 1.28-30 "And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so."

How many days in the Bible it took to create the world
Any person who questions the creation of the world as depicted in Scripture puts God in the position of a liar. Those who supposedly believe in the biblical creation, yet add the erroneous theory that it took millions of years, also fall into the group of people who call the Creator a fraud. The big bang theory and the theory of evolution are fictions based on theories, not evidence, that atheists have invented. A Christian who bases his life on the word of God should not believe atheists, but his Heavenly Father. Do you think that God, who can perform amazing miracles, would not be able to create planet Earth, the Sun and life on Earth in a week?

How to interpret the words "So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth."
Revelation 3.15-16 "I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth."
The letter to Laodicea is addressed to the society in which we currently live. It is the last of the letters to the churches that represent periods in Christianity. Verses 15 and 16 contain strong words that should awaken anyone reckless in their approach to faith. The end of those who die as lukewarm or cold is a foregone conclusion - eternal death.

Jesus multiplies bread and fish
The feeding of five thousand husbands in addition to women and children is the first miracle described in each of the four Gospels.
Descriptions of the miracle can be found in Matthew 14.15-23, Mark 6.35-45, Luke 9.12-17 and John 6.5-15.
John 6.5-15 "When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat? And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do. Philip answered him, Two hundred pennyworth of bread is not sufficient for them, that every one of them may take a little. One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter's brother, saith unto him, There is a lad here, which hath five barley loaves, and two small fishes: but what are they among so many?

A film about the origin of life on Earth
I invite you to watch a very interesting video. There you will see evidence of the Flood and the young age of the earth.
According to the Bible, the earth is about 5800-6000 years old. The video does not give the exact age of the earth, but refutes the theory of evolution about the formation of our world over billions of years.
It shows, among other things:
- how coal is formed and the traces of dinosaurs in coal,
- how oil is formed and where it is extracted on an ongoing basis,
- how the Grand Canyon was formed and the destructive power of water,
- other interesting information.

Scripture vs. coal
Theory 1 cited by evolutionists (inconsistent with Scripture due to the age of creation):
Coal was formed 360-30 million years ago from dead plants in swampy, marshy areas. The dead plant tissues form peat, which as it moves deeper underground undergoes greater pressure and high temperature. The aforementioned lack of oxygen, tremendous pressure, the right temperature and millions of years make coal in the place of the former peat. The longer the coal lay in a particular place, the better the quality, until it reached graphite, or 100% coal.
Theory 2 The origin of coal according to the Bible
Before the Flood, the Earth was surrounded by water vapor, ice grains or a water mantle. This is as possible as, for example, the existing rings of Jupiter, Saturn or Uranus, except that the mantle surrounded the entire earth, rather than forming only a ring, and could float to higher levels of the atmosphere.

Scripture and the death of children
One of the most difficult moments in a person's life is the death of a loved one, especially an innocent young child. Then we wonder, where is God? Why did he let the child die, after all, he did not manage to do anything wrong in life.
At the outset, let's clarify what death is.
It is worth reading the Book of Revelation/Apocalypse to understand the issue of the second coming of Jesus Christ, who will take saved people to heaven. This coming is followed by 1000 years of darkness. The 1000 years pass and Jesus descends to earth again with the saints (saved people). Unsaved people and fallen angels, attack the Savior and only then is the second death, or the destruction of evil forever, along with unsaved people and fallen angels. If you don't want to read the entire Revelation, check out chapters 19-22, because this period is presented there.

Biblical Decalogue
differences in translations
The 10 commandments of God called the Decalogue contained in the Old Testament are different from those known to most of the public. To make matters worse, during a conversation in which they are quoted the Biblical Decalogue, they find that the given translation of Scripture is false, because they have not heard of such commandments. Sad, but true. Most of us, know the 10 commandments preached by the Roman Catholic Church, which do not coincide with the biblical ones. Why is that?
The Roman Catholic Church has slightly changed the content of God's commandments, it is believed that it has removed one of them, so that the last commandment about lust is divided into two parts.
It is also worth mentioning that it is conventionally accepted to divide the 10 commandments, with some seeing it as 8 (combining the first, second and third biblical into one), 9 (combining the first and second biblical into one) or even 11 (dividing the tenth biblical into two parts).

Nehemiah prays to God
beautiful example of prayer
Prayer to God is something wonderful, we can send our thanks and requests directly to the Creator. We don't need any human intermediary or angel for this. Every loving Father wants to talk to his children, and so does God want us to talk to him. The Bible contains a multitude of prayers addressed to God and not a single one addressed to God through a human intermediary, including a dead person. An interesting prayer can be found in the Book of Nehemiah:
Nehemiah 1.4-11 "And it came to pass, when I heard these words, that I sat down and wept, and mourned certain days, and fasted, and prayed before the God of heaven, [5] And said, I beseech thee, O LORD God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments: [6] Let thine ear now be attentive, and thine eyes open, that thou mayest hear the prayer of thy servant, which I pray before thee now, day and night, for the children of Israel thy servants, and confess the sins of the children of Israel, which we have sinned against thee: both I and my father's house have sinned.

How to interpret the words
Truly I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise
Luke 23.43 "And He said to him, Truly I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise." NASB
Luke 23.43 " "And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise." KJV
Because of the above sentence, there are different opinions in many churches. Two rather strongly differing interpretations have emerged. The first says that the thief was still in paradise with Jesus on the same day, while the second says that he was not, because the word "today" refers to the fact that Jesus singles out the day on which he utters the word. To me, such an interpretation is strange, to say the least, because it doesn't fit with the rest of Scripture. Who among us utters the words: "I say to you that today we will go for a walk together" having in mind that the walk will be on another day, and the word today is an indication of the day on which the sentence was spoken. As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't make sense.

Lost sheep
explanation, commentary
Luke 15.1-7 "Then drew near unto him all the publicans and sinners for to hear him. And the Pharisees and scribes murmured, saying, This man receiveth sinners, and eateth with them. And he spake this parable unto them, saying, What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it? And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost. I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance."

Why we suffer, what the Bible says
The suffering that befalls people is caused by the sin that prevails on earth. A world without sin, would be a paradise of eternal happiness.
The media report almost daily on violence, misery, murder, etc. A person murders another human being in a bestial way, beforehand inflicting unimaginable pain. During wars, whole families are killed, the perpetrators take pleasure in the harm done. The minds of such people are possessed by Satan, no normal person takes pleasure in cruelty. Every day scammers and crooks prey on people's poverty. Most employers take advantage of unemployment and treat people like emotionless robots. Fraud in companies is at every step, it has become almost mandatory. It has come to the point where there is a belief that one must steal, and one who is honest is called abnormal and stupid.

Animal suffering and the Bible
Animals, although they did not bring sin to earth, have been affected by suffering just as much as humans. Why must they endure so much evil, even though they are not guilty of sin. For an example, let's look at the following verses:
Jeremiah 7.20 "Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, mine anger and my fury shall be poured out upon this place, upon man, and upon beast, and upon the trees of the field, and upon the fruit of the ground; and it shall burn, and shall not be quenched."
Jeremiah 12.4 "How long shall the land mourn, and the herbs of every field wither, for the wickedness of them that dwell therein? the beasts are consumed, and the birds; because they said, He shall not see our last end."

Earth - how old is it according to Scripture
Many people, including those who profess Christianity, do not believe that the end of the world will happen in their lifetime. They believe that it is so distant that sooner people will colonize other planets before Jesus comes again to earth. Is this a misconception?
God has made it clear to us that the end of this world will come, but He has not announced when exactly it will happen. He has, however, given us clues by which we will know that it is imminent.

What the statue means in the Book of Daniel chapter 2
To date, there have been many theories about what kingdoms the statue in the book of Daniel depicts. The vast majority of them are based on words like "I think that", "I believe that". But don't look at what someone thinks, because thoughts are deceptive and may be said by a person whose thoughts are directed by Satan. Always look at what the source, i.e. the Holy Scriptures, states, and then compare it with the history of this world, and you will see that the predictions in the Bible are fulfilled in every detail. Don't rely on yourself, but before every reading of the Scriptures, especially the interpretation of prophecies, pray to God to help you look at the issue correctly.

Is praying to people right and in line with the teachings of Scripture?
Definitely NO. In the entire Bible you will not find a single sentence in which a servant of God prays to another person, including one who has already died. So why do Catholic churches so persistently urge people to pray to saints, the dead, the Pope, etc.?
Let's look at such a situation.
The Lord God rescues the Israelites and leads them out of Egypt. During their wandering, he speaks directly to Moses, who is later mentioned many times in Scripture as one of God's most faithful people. After Moses' death, the people continue to pray directly to God. The same situation is repeated with Joshua, Henoch, Isaiah, Jeremiah and others. All of these people, can be role models for us, they are so close to God, and yet no one prayed to them.

Did demons appear in the Old Testament
Of course they do, we find them in the poems:
Leviticus 17.7 "And they shall no more offer their sacrifices unto devils, after whom they have gone a whoring. This shall be a statute for ever unto them throughout their generations."
Deuteronomy 32.17 "They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not."
Psalms 106.36-38 "And they served their idols: which were a snare unto them. Yea, they sacrificed their sons and their daughters unto devils, And shed innocent blood, even the blood of their sons and of their daughters, whom they sacrificed unto the idols of Canaan: and the land was polluted with blood."

What the Bible says about vows and oaths
Nowadays, the expression "I swear by God" has become quite widely used. It is uttered by young and old alike, even not always in topics related to faith. Because of overuse, the holiness of the Lord is disregarded. What the Scriptures say about swearing by God.
Leviticus 19.12 "And ye shall not swear by my name falsely, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD."

How to understand words, fatty food and wine
There are many texts in Scripture that, when read literally, will give a false picture of God. In this article we will deal with Isaiah, chapter 25, verse 6.
King James Version (KJV) "And in this mountain shall the Lord of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined."
New International Version (NIV) Isaih 25.6 "On this mountain the Lord Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples, a banquet of aged wine-the best of meats and the finest of wines."

Hope. God forgives our sins
God gives us a guarantee of forgiveness of sins and eternal life if our sinful lives improve. Among other things, the Old Testament speaks of this:
Ezekiel 18.21-32 "[21] But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. [22] All his transgressions that he hath committed, they shall not be mentioned unto him: in his righteousness that he hath done he shall live. [23] Have I any pleasure at all that the wicked should die? saith the Lord GOD: and not that he should return from his ways, and live?

What the Bible says about divination and witchcraft
Calling up spirits, séances in which we supposedly see the spirit of a dead person, divination, tarot, etc. satanic practices were definitely forbidden in the Holy Scriptures. God Himself, while leading the Israelites in the desert, gave them a prohibition against using such "services," knowing what it would lead to. People who disregarded God's decree were to be punished with death, God was very concerned that people should not have to deal with such practices. Let the following quotes serve as proof:
Exodus 22.18 "Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live."

Did Herod really give the order to kill the children
Did the murder of children as young as two years old on Herod's orders really happen? But let's first read what the Scriptures state:
Matthew 2.1-23 "[1] Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, [2] Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him. [3] When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him. [4] And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born. [5] And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet, [6] And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.

What the Bible says about tithing
Everything we have comes from God. We also live by His grace:
Psalm 24.1 "The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein."
Psalm 50.1,10-12 "The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.", "For every beast of the forest is mine, and the cattle upon a thousand hills. I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine. If I were hungry, I would not tell thee: for the world is mine, and the fulness thereof."

A story with Jesus
You've probably heard the phrases "Jesus died for you on the cross", "Jesus shed blood for you" more than once, but do they impress you? Haven't they become something common and don't reach your heart?
Let the following story help you zoom in on what Jesus did for you.
There is a land on earth (heaven) where three kings (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) rule. In this land there was no violence, everyone was kind and helpful to each other. The king has the ability to do anything he wants, there are no impossible things for him. Life there is so beautiful that we can't even imagine it. One day one of the residents (Satan) got into pride and started to rebel. He revolted 1/3 of the population by which war broke out in the country. The rebels were driven out of the country and lived outside its walls.
